Job summary

Triple Shift Entertainment in Tucson, AZ seeks team members to help deliver friendly guest service and maintain clean venues. You’ll assist front desk, stock supplies, clean floors, and support bowling and gaming operations.

No experience is required as on-site training is provided. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work varied hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary; training provided onsite.
• Participate in a culture of respect, camaraderie, and inclusiveness for all guests and staff.
• Work varied hours/days, nights, weekends and holidays, weather conditions, as needed.
• Must have the ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for an entire shift.
• Must show up for all company required meetings and scheduled shifts on time.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years old. Must be able to lift 30 pounds

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest service and cleaning standards per guidelines and management expectations.
• Check with the manager on duty for special assignments.
• Assist guests with scoring system and locate bowling balls and ramps.
• Assist in running and expediting food.
• Assist front desk staff and gaming operations as needed.
• Bus and wipe tables, chairs and floors.
• Return bowling balls to racks; store ramps properly.
• Check floors and carpets for debris; wipe wet spots and vacuum; place wet floor signs.
• Check restrooms; refill paper towels, toilet paper, soap.
• Stock service areas with supplies.
• Clean windows on doors.
• Sweep entrance areas and parking lot.
• Empty trash cans and replace bags.
• Clean and sanitize vending, billiards, game machines, tables, and chairs as instructed.
