Job summary

Triple Shift Entertainment in Monticello, MN, is looking for a friendly guest services team member. No experience is required and training is provided onsite. The role focuses on delivering high guest service, cleaning standards, and helping with bowling-related tasks at River City 003.

You will support front desk staff, assist with food service, and keep the venue clean and safe. Must be 16+, able to lift 30 pounds, and work varied hours including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary; training provided onsite.
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for an entire shift.
• Minimum age 16 years old and able to lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest service and cleaning standards per guidelines.
• Assist guests with the scoring system, bowling balls and ramps.
• Assist in running and expediting food and support front desk staff.
• Clean and sanitize venues, restrooms, and game areas.
• Stock service areas with supplies and ensure safety signage is in place.
• Follow manager on duty for special assignments and shifts.
