Job summary

Church’s Texas Chicken in Montgomery, AL is seeking a team member for front-line service. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and keep the dining area clean and well-stocked.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude.
• Takes and fills customer orders within service time.
• Upsells products as directed by management.
• Collects money and delivers orders to customers.
• Addresses customer issues or complaints and notifies manager as needed.
• Counts cash drawer accurately and verifies bank readings at shift end.
• Notifies Manager in Charge of any deletions or equipment problems.
• Keeps product displays rotated and clean; maintains napkins, cups, and liquids stock.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
