Qualifications

• Knowledge of all restaurant policies, practices and HR procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional interaction with individuals at all levels.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to receive money and count back change accurately.
• Practices adequate security measures in cash handling, including frequent cash drops and maintaining a minimum cash in the drawer.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reports to work timely for each scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and welcoming attitude.
• Take and fill customer orders within company service time.
• Suggest upsell of products as directed by management.
• Collect money and deliver orders to customers.
• Address customer service problems or complaints promptly.
• Notify manager as needed of issues.
• Verify opening readings and cash at the register.
• Cashiering responsibilities and balancing drawer at shift end.
• Keep display case clean and rotated product; restock napkins, cups, lids, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
