Responsibilities

• Greets customers with a smile and welcoming attitude.
• Takes and fills customer orders within service time.
• Upsells products as directed by management.
• Collects payment and delivers orders to customers.
• Address customer service problems or complaints promptly.
• Notify manager as needed.
• Verify opening reading and bank.
• Be accountable for all cash at the register.
• Count drawer at end of shift for accuracy.
• Notify Manager in Charge of any deletions or issues.
• Ensure product holding times are observed.
• Rotate display products and keep case neat.
• Keep display case clean inside and out.
• Stock napkins, cups, lids, etc., in service area.
• Maintain adequate iced tea supply.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
