Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and welcoming attitude.
• Take and fill orders within company mandated service time.
• upsell products as directed by management.
• Handle cash and deliver orders to customers accurately.
• Address customer service issues or complaints promptly.
• Notify manager of any issues or discrepancies.
• Ensure cash drawer integrity and count back change.
• Maintain clean display and rotate products properly.
• Stock napkins, cups, lids, and iced tea; keep service area stocked.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
