Responsibilities

• Greets all customers with a smile and welcoming attitude.
• Takes and fills customer orders within service time.
• Suggests upsells as directed by management.
• Collects money and delivers orders to customers.
• Addresses customer service issues or complaints promptly.
• Notifies manager of issues as needed.
• Verifies opening readings and bank accuracy.
• Counts drawer and ensures cash accuracy during shifts.
• Notifies manager of deletions, over-rings or equipment problems.
• Ensures proper holding times and product rotation.
• Keeps display case clean and well stocked.
• Maintains iced tea supply and service area cleanliness.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
