Qualifications

• One year hospitality experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience handling cash and credit card procedures.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of local area, amenities, and procedures.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform check-in/out procedures.
• Follow cash and credit procedures per hotel standards.
• Check house count and update room status with housekeeping.
• Balance cash at end of shift and handle cashier change.
• Explain hotel promotions and amenities to guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and offer alternatives when needed.
• Document guest incidents using the incident report form.
• Work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
