Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Massachusetts to greet guests and ensure a friendly shopping experience while performing everyday store tasks.

You will operate the point of sale, maintain cleaning duties, replenish stock, and support management with guest requests and vendor checks. This role offers competitive pay, health benefits, a 401k plan, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures outdoors or in cooler.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to read, count and write for paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale with proper cash handling.
• Complete store housekeeping duties (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other duties assigned by management.
