Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive top-notch guest experiences and support store operations in Massachusetts. You will greet guests, run the POS, assist with housekeeping, restock, and handle vendor communications. The role supports onboarding and may involve inventory tasks and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, cooler, etc.).
• Lift/carry up to 25 lbs and climb ladders or stairs as needed.
• Access all areas of the store (selling floor, stock, register).
• Complete duties in a timely manner and count/read/write for paperwork.
• Assist onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards and manage cash/lottery/tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and stocking.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
