Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Massachusetts to greet guests, manage the checkout process, and keep the store clean and stocked. You will follow established safety and store policies while delivering a positive shopping experience for all customers.

The role requires flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for professional development and growth within our store operations. Experience with a POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and handle cash, lottery, tobacco per standards.
• Complete store housekeeping and restocking to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Assist with vendor check-ins and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.
