European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Service Associate (GSA) to be the friendly face welcoming guests, assist with check-in and check-out, manage appointments, and answer inquiries in person or by phone. You will educate guests about services and products, keep the reception area organized, and handle transactions accurately to support a smooth guest journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software.
• Approachable, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
