Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations over the telephone, emails, and in person, including groups.
• Operate hotel switchboard, take calls, provide information, and transfer calls.
• Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve guest concerns.
• Answer queries regarding hotel services, charges, and travel directions.
