Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support routine store tasks. The role requires flexibility across shifts, strong customer service skills, and reliability to keep shelves stocked and the store running smoothly.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the POS, handling cash, maintaining store safety and cleanliness, and coordinating with management on guest requests and vendor interactions.

Qualifications

• Availability for flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, outdoors or inside.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the POS and maintain proper cash and lottery levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
