Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience while handling store tasks. The role involves greeting guests, operating the POS, replenishing stock, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include assisting management with guest requests, checking in vendors, and supporting onboarding for new hires. The position offers opportunities for growth within a Fortune 500 company with a long-standing community

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• You have the ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
