Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience while performing store-level tasks.

In this role you will operate the point of sale, manage cash and inventory, stock shelves, and support management with guest requests. You may work flexible hours including nights and weekends to ensure a welcoming, safe, and efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store (selling floor, stock, register).
• Count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
