Job summary

The role involves greeting guests, operating POS, maintaining cleanliness, stocking shelves, and supporting onboarding for new hires. A flexible schedule and physical ability to work outdoors or in storage areas are required.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to work in outdoor/cooler temperatures.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Access to all store areas (selling floor, stock, register).
• Timsiness and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Able to count, read and write for paperwork.
• Support onboarding/training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and practices.
• Operate the POS and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, etc.).
• Replenish products ensuring in-stock conditions.
• Communicate with management about guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
