Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, assist with inquiries, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked environment.

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts and physical ability to handle everyday store duties. We value reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas including selling floor, stock area, and register.
• Ability to count, read, and write accurately for required paperwork.
• Support GSA new hire onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor‑related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
