Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. You will welcome guests, process transactions, and ensure product availability while upholding safety standards.

The role supports a Fortune 500 company with a long history of community commitment. You will assist with housekeeping, stock replenishment, and vendor coordination in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including day, night, weekends and/or holidays.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Able to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, cooler, etc.).
• Able to climb ladders and stairs; reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch; lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Able to access all store areas (selling floor, stock, register).
• Timely performance and ability to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to keep in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
