Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will greet customers, operate the POS, perform housekeeping duties, replenish stock, and assist with vendor coordination while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role requires flexibility in hours and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures outside, in cooler, etc.
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Perform duties of the job in a timely manner.
• You have the ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
