This entry-level role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with flexible morning/evening/shifts, weekends, and select holidays.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role ideal for someone with a passion for details; previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Polished, professional appearance with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
• Physically able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages accurately with menu details.
• Assist guests and relay questions to the appropriate team member.
• Clear and reset tables within 3 minutes of guest departure.
• Assist with packaging takeout orders.
• Maintain awareness of the dining room and proactively assist where needed.
• Keep kitchen expo areas, service stations, and dining room clean and organized.
• Polish and restock silverware, glassware, and plateware.
• Monitor and remove trash and recycling regularly.
• Ensure safe and clear walkways for guests and staff.
• Memorize table and seat numbers to aid in efficient service.
• Learn menu details, ingredients, and allergen protocols.
• Communicate guest concerns clearly to team leads.
• Assist FOH staff during high-volume periods.
• Open and close duties, including setting/resetting the dining room.

This is a key position that ensures a clean, organized dining room, timely table service, prompt and accurate delivery of menu items, and seamless collaboration across service roles. Role Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Table Support
