The Langham, Chicago seeks a Service Stylist/Guest Service Ambassador to warmly welcome arriving guests, escort them to the Reception Desk, and ensure a seamless and personalized check-in. You will actively engage with VIPs and repeat guests, remembering names and preferences to tailor service throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Previous guest relations training or experience is a plus.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Escort arriving guests from the front entrance to the Reception Desk with a warm welcome.
• Maintain knowledge of VIP arrivals, hotel facilities, and daily activities.
• Greet guests by name and ensure a seamless, personalized check-in.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms per guest requests.
• Assist bell team with luggage and Q-room management during peak times.
• Move throughout the hotel to assist guests across floors and areas.
