Responsibilities

• Greet and escort arriving guests to theReception Desk and lobby areas.
• Maintain knowledge of VIP arrivals, daily activities, and guest preferences.
• Provide warm, personalized check-in/out and farewell experiences using guests' names.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms reflect guests' requests and VIP amenities.
• Uphold Forbes service standards and engage guests to tailor experiences.
