Job summary

The Langham, Chicago is seeking an Assistant Manager – Front Office to supervise Guest Reception, Guest Service Ambassadors, Concierge and related front office operations. You will ensure adherence to brand standards, oversee training and development, and maintain seamless guest arrivals and departures.

Two years of Front Office/Front of House management experience in a luxury hotel is required; a four-year degree is preferred.

• Oversee smooth, professional operation of all front of house areas.
