Join SPIRE Hospitality LLC as a Housekeeping Associate at Residence Inn/Fairfield Inn Boulder Broomfield/Interlocken in Broomfield, CO. Deliver exceptional guest service while keeping corridors, foyers, and public areas clean and welcoming.

A friendly, professional demeanor and safe shuttle service contribute to a memorable stay. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license; experience in hospitality and customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year prior driver, hospitality and housekeeping experience preferred.
• One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests and promptly address requests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in public areas of the hotel.
• Assist with safety during emergencies and provide shuttle service as needed.
• Know hotel facilities and local area to guide guests.
• Assist guests with loading, unloading, and storing luggage.
• Address and resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.
• Hourly wage range: $17 - $18 an hour.
