Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by promptly addressing guest requests with genuine engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest floors, foyers, stairwells, and public vending areas.
• Stock linen closets with amenities to support Room Attendants.
• Assist with removing soiled linens and trash during peak occupancy.
• Perform deep cleaning in guestrooms and assist with preventative maintenance.
