• High school diploma or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by promptly addressing requests with engagement and thoughtfulness, ensuring guest complete satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness of guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public vending areas
• Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies to support Room Attendants
• Assist in removing soiled linens and trash during peak occupancy periods
• Perform deep cleaning activities in guestrooms alongside preventative maintenance tasks
