Job summary

Spire Hospitality LLC is seeking a Housekeeping team member at our Boulder location to maintain the hotel’s pristine appearance and provide exceptional guest service. You will also provide safe shuttle transport, assist guests with luggage, and engage with guests professionally to ensure a memorable stay.

The role emphasizes cleanliness of public areas, safe operations during emergencies, and strong knowledge of local facilities. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
• One year prior driver, hospitality and housekeeping experience preferred.
• One year of experience working in customer service or guest-facing role required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly addressing requests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
• Maintain public areas of the hotel to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Assist guests with loading, unloading, and storing luggage.
• Provide safe, reliable shuttle service as needed and ensure timely transportation.
• Respond to guest concerns with attentive service recovery.
• Know hotel facilities and surrounding area to assist guests.
