Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Assess guest needs and direct to appropriate services (case management, medical support, shelter).
• Maintain trauma-informed, guest-centered engagement and support.
• Complete intake forms and logs; document in AdvancedMD accurately.
• Monitor guest flow and collaborate with security/operations for safety.
• Communicate updates to management and assist outreach efforts.
