NovumHealth in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Guest Ambassador - Swing Shift. You will greet guests, assess needs, and guide them to appropriate services within the Courtyard Homeless Resource Center, ensuring a welcoming, safe environment.

This onsite role runs Monday to Friday with weekends shifts; starting pay is $17 per hour with weekend differential. Candidates should have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working in customer service, social services, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse populations
• Ability to maintain professionalism and deescalate conflicts when necessary.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a compassionate and solutionfocused approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assess needs to direct to services.
• Direct guests to case management, medical, or shelter resources.
• Escort guests to designated service areas when necessary.
• Complete intake forms and logs; maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with security and staff to ensure safety and order.
• Support outreach efforts and engagement activities.
