Job summary

NovumHealth in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Guest Facilities Technician to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and upkeep at the Courtyard Homeless Resource Center. You will help ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning, restocking supplies, outdoor maintenance, and reporting needs. You’ll collaborate with security and case management, assist with events, and follow health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of all common areas, restrooms, and guest spaces.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and guest areas.
• Assist with outdoor maintenance including sweeping and trash removal.
• Report maintenance or repair needs after inspections.
• Respond to spills and biohazards promptly and appropriately.
• Collaborate with security and case management to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events.
