NovumHealth is hiring a Guest Ambassador to serve as the first point of contact for guests at the Courtyard Homeless Resource Center in Las Vegas. This role requires greeting guests, assessing their needs, and ensuring a welcoming environment while providing accurate documentation and support.

Essential qualifications include a high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with diverse populations. The position offers a starting salary of $17 per hour and operates onsite only.

Qualifications

• Experience working in customer service or social services is a plus.
• Ability to engage with diverse populations and deescalate conflicts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assess their needs to direct them to services.
• Complete intake forms and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor guest flow and collaborate with security staff.
