Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests and initiate warm, helpful interactions at 10ft and 4ft.
• Help guests find what they need or resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Assist peers and maintain a positive, respectful attitude.
• Suggest and explain current promos, store activities, and Target App features.
• Promote and enroll guests in loyalty programs as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
• Support order pick up, Drive Up, and online ordering, guiding guests on activation and use.
• Handle returns and exchanges following policies, with leadership support as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area and manage stock during store hours.
• Work safely and report hazards; adhere to safety policies.
• All other duties based on business needs.
