Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with guest service software.
• Excellent time management and ability to exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal recognition and warm service.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer phones within three rings with a smile and assist or transfer as needed.
• Handle cash and perform accurate cash drops per procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with lobby activation and guest services as needed.
• Protect guest PII data by following proper data handling procedures.
• Follow check-in/out procedures and collect IDs and payment methods.
• Respond to guest needs and inquiries promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
