Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests.
• Check guests in, record charges, note special requests.
• Resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty.
• Follow procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, refunds.
• Assist other departments as needed.
