Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and register arrivals smoothly.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local area.
• Resolve issues promptly to WOW guests and recover when needed.
• Promote and sell hotel programs and services.
• Maintain the house bank and follow posting/cash handling procedures.
• Communicate relevant information to the on-duty manager.
