Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Recruitment Manager for The Potomac Hotel in Washington, DC. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for management and line-level roles, partner with department leaders, and drive a structured candidate experience from posting to hire.

You will own the New Hire Orientation program and support onboarding, training, benefits, and employee relations as needed. This on-site role reports to the Assistant Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three to five years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Hospitality industry recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for hourly/line-level and management roles.
• Experience with Workday recruiting is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to facilitate presentations and New Hire Orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for management and line-level roles across hotel departments.
• Develop sourcing strategies to generate qualified candidate pipelines.
• Screen applications and advance qualified candidates to department leaders for interviews.
• Coordinate background checks and pre-employment processes.
• Own New Hire Orientation program and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment records, reports, and data; monitor activity for improvements.
• Partner with department leaders and external partners to meet staffing needs.
