Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of service standards and product offerings across outlets.

Responsibilities

• Hire, terminate, coach, and develop all service professionals.
• Monitor dining room setup, staffing levels, and equipment for safety and standards.
• Schedule and supervise supervisors, servers, bartenders, and support staff.
• Lead pre-meal meetings and ongoing training to improve performance.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints with solutions.
