Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area.
• Monitor open dining sections for empty or cleaned tables.
• Estimate wait times and manage the guest waiting list.
• Ensure guest needs are met while they wait.
• Answer the telephone, book reservations, and adjust seating for large parties.
