Responsibilities

• Resolve issues and WOW guests through proactive recovery.
• Promote and sell hotel programs to guests.
• Interact professionally with hotel staff and departments.
• Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank and handle postings, cashing, deposits, and refunds.
• Communicate information to the manager on duty.
• Assist other departments as needed.
