Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Virginia Guesthouse welcomes a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and share local information. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, accuracy, and professional communication in a fast-paced environment.

You will resolve questions, promote hotel programs, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

• Resolve issues and surprise guests with positive recovery when needed.
• Promote and sell hotel programs to guests.

While checking in, registering guests, the Front Desk Agent is a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.
