Meyer Jabara Hotels, LLC is seeking an Ambassador (Guest Service Agent) in New York City to deliver seamless check-ins and guidance throughout a guest’s stay, and to coordinate services with a warm, professional approach. This full-time, in-person role requires strong customer service, cash handling, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and basic computer skills.

English is required; Mandarin is a plus. Flexible AM/PM/overnight shifts and weekend work are expected, with the ability to lift up

Qualifications

• Customer service and cash handling experience required.
• Schedule flexibility for AM/PM/Overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
• English proficiency; Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must have basic computer skills (Word/Excel/IE).
