Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including AM/PM/overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes and balance transactions.
• Provide courteous information to guests and coordinate special service requests.
• Answer hotel telephone in line with Hyatt Place standards.
• Assist with food and beverage service and maintain cleanliness in guest areas.
• Follow all Hyatt Place policies on cash handling, safety and security.
