Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Greenville, SC is seeking a friendly Greeter/Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the front desk, and assist with bowling operations. You’ll greet guests, ring up sales, and help ensure smooth lane and equipment management in a lively entertainment venue.

The role requires 18+ years old and optional HS diploma or hospitality experience. Perks include free bowling, arcade credits, and discounts on food and events.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (optional).
• Proven success in school or previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette; must meet state legal age for alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
