You will respond to guest needs, help with reservations and billing inquiries, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and Front Desk teams to ensure smooth operations. • Previous hotel/front desk or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests during check-in/check-out with friendly, efficient service.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, billing inquiries.
• Process payments and cash handling using PMS/POS systems.
• Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
