You will restock supplies, report maintenance needs, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests, with emphasis on attention to detail and teamwork with other departments.

Qualifications

• Able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Cleans and prepares guest rooms and public areas by established cleaning standards.
• Retrieves items from storerooms and restocks supplies.
• Cleans windows, doors, walls, and fixtures to maintain a clean facility.
• Uses ladders or stools to reach high areas.
• Removes and replaces towels, soaps, and amenities.
• Vacuum and dust rooms and public areas.
• Remits maintenance issues in writing to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Maintains cleanliness of patios/balconies and reports unsatisfactory conditions.
• Provides assistance to other departments to support hotel operations.
• Follows safety procedures to ensure guest and staff safety.
