Responsibilities

• Know and be able to explain at least 3 appetizers, 3 entrees, and 3 desserts.
• Report to work on time and be ready for scheduled shifts.
• Maintain a clean, orderly appearance of the service area.
• Fill in for multiple positions as needed.
• Provide a prompt, accurate report of all income received during shifts.
