Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Guest Experience Representative in Wichita, KS to deliver exceptional guest experiences across front-line roles, including ticket scanning, ushering, and support. You will welcome guests, answer questions, and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment from arrival to the final encore.

The role requires a friendly, proactive attitude, ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and strong teamwork with other departments to ensure a seamless guest

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment venue preferred.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and positive attitude.
• Be knowledgeable of venue layout, policies, and event timelines.
• Assist with accessibility services and accommodations as requested.
• Support crowd control and guide traffic to keep areas clear.
• Report hazards, safety concerns, or incidents promptly.
• Handle guest questions, concerns, or complaints with empathy and solutions-first mindset.
• Operate ticket scanning devices to verify tickets.
• Be prepared to assist during evacuations or incidents.
