Legends Global seeks Guest Services Representatives for the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City to deliver best in class service to all internal and external guests of the venue. Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to speak, understand and follow directions in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during events.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle difficult guests.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and assist with ticket checks, information, directions and escorts.
• Assist guests with special needs and respond to questions or complaints professionally.
• Retrieve lost and found property as needed.
• Enforce venue policies and participate in trainings.
• Act as part of the emergency evacuation team during facility emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
