Job summary

Target in Wichita, KS is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, answer questions, and help with shopping and loyalty enrollment. You will deliver a friendly, efficient guest experience from greeting to checkout.

You will maintain a clean store, assist with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, returns and help guests use the Target App and Wallet features.

Strong communication, teamwork and adaptability are valued in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to assist guests with questions, returns and loyalty enrollment.
• Comfortable navigating store environments and multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with locating products and services.
• Assist guests with returns, exchanges and questions to resolve issues.
• Promote and explain benefits, offers and loyalty programs.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, and support safe checkout operations.
• Help guests use Order Pick-Up and Drive Up features and enroll in digital tools.
